MERCHANDISE

Q: When will I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise will be distributed at check-in on the day of the show.
Q: Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
A: We do not have any storage for guest merchandise. You’ll need to keep your items with you, and we recommend doing so at your discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced product.

TICKETING

Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: Tickets to the show will all be mobile unless otherwise specified.
Q: Do the Sabaton VIP Packages offer accessible seating?
A: Accessible seating varies from venue to venue. If you would like to inquire about accessible seating as part of a VIP package program, please reach out to us at the time of purchase.
Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for the Sabaton VIP Packages?
A: All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult for the VIP Packages. Most concerts are open to all ages, but age policies vary by venue. Refer to the ticketing company or venue website for age restrictions for each concert.Please note if a minor holds a VIP package and their accompanying adult does not have a package in the same tier, the adult will not have access to the benefits of the VIP Package.
Q: Can I sell my VIP Package tickets?
A: No, unfortunately VIP Package tickets cannot be resold. Tickets that have been resold will not be valid.
Q: How do I transfer my package to a friend?
A: All VIP Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. For extenuating circumstances, please contact customer support at vip@superfan.live.
Q: Can I refund my package if I change my mind about going to the show?
A: Unfortunately, all packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.

Q: In what order are the VIP Packages that contain GA tickets let into the venue?
A: Ticket holders with “The Legendary” First Access tickets will be given first entry into the venue, followed by “The Hero’s” Early Access tickets.
Q: Is there a bag policy?
A: Bag policies vary from market to market. Please check your venue’s website for more information about their bag policies.
Q: Does my VIP Package give me access to everything backstage?
A: There will be no backstage access with any of the Sabaton VIP Packages.
Q: Can I meet Sabaton?
A: No, there is no artist interaction in any of the VIP Experiences.
Q: Is parking included?
A: None of the VIP Package packages include parking.
Q: When will I receive information about check-in?
A: More information about your VIP Package will be emailed to you 3-5 days before the event, including the check-in location and schedule.
Q: Can I bring my own camera?
A: Yes, standard point-and-shoot cameras and camera phones are acceptable during the concert. However, professional cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted. Personal cameras will not be permitted on the behind-the-scenes tour.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Packages are open to all ages. In certain markets, guests under certain ages must be accompanied by an adult - please refer to your venue's policy. All package purchasers will be contacted 3-5 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time, and instructions on where to pick up package inclusions. Such information will be sent by the promoter to the e-mail address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us immediately at vip@superfan.live. VIP ticket purchasers will receive communications to their provided email address before the event, offering them the opportunity to select a merchandise item. If VIP merchandise is distributed the day of the show, you will pick up your package at the designated VIP check-in location (or other designated location). If VIP merchandise is distributed the day of the show, merchandise must be collected onsite the day of the show only. If VIP merchandise is sent via mail, you will be contacted via email in order to select your merchandise in advance. By purchasing a package, you 1) consent to receive these communications 2) agree to provide a mailing address if you choose a merchandise item and 3) acknowledge that your customer information, including email addresses and mailing addresses provided for merchandise delivery, will be shared with the artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue, or any other affiliated parties as necessary to fulfill the VIP package inclusions. There will be no partial or full refund given if the ticket holder does not open Superfan’s email, select a merchandise item, or provide a mailing address within the specified timeframe. You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver and release of liability. By purchasing a package, you consent to have your photograph taken at the event. These images may appear in a collective album that will be visible by other event attendees. Certain images may be shared by Superfan, the photographer, and/or the artist for promotional purposes. Events, dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, package programs, and amenities may vary market-by-market and are subject to change and cancellation at any time. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, resales, or transfers will be permitted. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred. Please note this offer is not valid if this ticket was purchased via Fan-to-Fan Resale. Partial attendance at a single day event or multiple-day event is not eligible for a refund. The artist, tour promoter, ticketing company, venue and any other affiliated parties reserve the right to sell additional items not currently listed, including but not limited to single day tickets or additional packages, at their sole discretion. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the guest at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.
