A: All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult for the VIP Packages. Most concerts are open to all ages, but age policies vary by venue. Refer to the ticketing company or venue website for age restrictions for each concert. Please note if a minor holds a VIP package and their accompanying adult does not have a package in the same tier, the adult will not have access to the benefits of the VIP Package.

A: No, unfortunately VIP Package tickets cannot be resold. Tickets that have been resold will not be valid.

A: Yes, standard point-and-shoot cameras and camera phones are acceptable during the concert. However, professional cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted. Personal cameras will not be permitted on the behind-the-scenes tour.
